Single Session:

-A single (No commitment) session via zoom or FaceTime (These can be added to any 1:1 programming package)


-Customized to client**


All one-on-one programs are a monthly subscription and are customized to your goals! All Programs are a 3 month MINIMUM commitment and require a 30-day notice to cancel.
