WELCOME TO THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS PORTION OF MY COACHING! WELLNESS COACHING IS COACHING THAT HELPS WITH HONESTLY ANYTHING RELATED TO YOUR WELL-BEING; RANGING FROM YOUR PHYSICAL HEALTH, MENTAL HEALTH, LIFE, AND OCCUPATION.

WHETHER IT BE A FITNESS GOAL OR AN OCCUPATIONAL GOAL, I AM HERE TO WALK ALONG SIDE YOU TO HELP YOU REACH YOUR FULLEST POTENTIAL! CAN’T THINK OF ANYTHING IN PARTICULAR? NO PROBLEM! WE CAN USE EACH SESSION TO DIG DOWN DEEP AND LEARN WHAT YOUR ULTIMATE VISION IS. WE’RE IN THIS TOGETHER!

Choose The Right Plan For You

our fitness plans

Tier 1: Wellness coaching ONLY. Two sessions/month (Bi-weekly) $129/month



First session will be 90 min assessment. This will allow us to get to know each other, discuss your wellness assessment and then create a wellness vision. All sessions after the first session will be 30-45 mins. We will do one session every two weeks. This is a 3 month MINIMUM commitment.

Tier 2: Two wellness sessions/month PLUS one virtual PT session/week $349/month

First session will be 90 mins. This will allow us to get to know each other, discuss your wellness assessment and then create a wellness vision. All sessions after the first session will be 30-45 mins. We will do one session every two weeks. This also includes one virtual personal training session a week via Zoom or FaceTime. This is a 3 month MINIMUM commitment.

Tier 3: Two wellness sessions/month PLUS two virtual PT sessions/week. $589/month

First session will be 90 mins. This will allow us to get to know each other, discuss your wellness assessment and then create a wellness vision. All sessions after the first session will be 30-45 mins. We will do one session every two weeks. This also includes two virtual personal training sessions each week via Zoom or FaceTime. This is a 3 month MINIMUM commitment.
